Here is an overview of the various modules in our campaign module. The modules are divided into four main categories: Audience, Assets, Decisions og Actions.
Audience – Who are you talking to?
Contacts – This module is used when you know something about your contacts in advance that can be used in a campaign. Used if you know for example phone number or email address to your contacts.
New entries – This module is used when you in advance don’t know the contacts to be used in a campaign. F. Ex. you use this when contacts subscribe to your newsletters on a form on your website.
Assets – in which channels do you talk to the customer
Email – HTML Newsletters based on templates that are in line with the graphic profile of the firm.
Landing page – A personal website can be used for quantity text for e-mail, f.ex. “read more”-pages belonging to a newsletter. Shape and color can be personalized based on demographic data stored on the contact.
Open page – Forms that do not have personal connection. Suitable for forms to be living on a site where you do not know who is going to post the form.
SMS – a quick way to send messages as part of a campaign. May also contain links to personal Web pages / form for collecting data.
Incoming SMS – Used for connect to new contacts using a keyword that is sent to the phone number 2012. The code words must be booked directly by Isave AS on support@isave.no
Print – Used to produce personalized printed materials as part of a campaign. The print may contain QR codes or personal web links that point to a personal website.
Decisions – choices the customer makes during the campaign
Form – Forms used to collect additional contact data, surveys, entries to event etc. The module has two outputs (has / have not responded) so you can set different actions based on the response from the user.
Clicked in email – Used if you want an action to accompany a click in a specific newsletter.
Contact match – Used if you want an action to follow if a contact have a specific value on a demographic field, ex. interest ol.
List membership – Used if you want to perform an action on the contacts that are linked to a specific list. The module has two outputs (is / is not on the list) that you can set different cheerless on.
Advanced filter – used when the simple filters is to limited. It is possible to create a filter based on these contact parameters: Contact data, Opened newsletters, Link in Campaign, Data List, Bounce and Lead Score. The various parameters can be combined with the following results / fail results: Is, Is Not, Greater Than, Less Than, Contains, Not Contains, Has Value eller Has No Value.
Visited page – used to set an action depending on whether the contact has visited a page or not.
Actions – how to speak with the contact
Add to list – Add contacts to a list
Wait – delay an activity in minutes, days or wait until a certain date. The election “days” also has a setting to skip weekends. When selecting days or certain date, you can also set the time of day.
Remove from list – Removing contacts from a list. The module also includes a separate setting for emptying a list of all contacts.
Update contact – module to update an existing contacts field with a custom value or date when the event was completed.
Order Print – Select a template-based document to be sent to a print shop. Select among suppliers who are registered on the company and choose the documents to be sent immediately or collected daily and send at a given time.
Split test – let you set up several alternate e-mails in a campaign and whoever gets the most clicks or openings will be the winning newsletter. You must define a number of mailings that will be the basis for any letter that will win.
Personal links – creates personal links to personal websites that can be used for data collection in a form. The links are built dynamically based on one or more fields in the contact database. The links can also be password protected by requiring the user to enter a value in one of the fields that are stored on the contact (eg. The value in the zip code).
Repeat – used when an activity is repeated several times. You can choose between repeat every day, week or month. You can also specify a particular time of the event should repeat on.
Alert – used to send an alert to an e-mail address or mobile number (sms). You decide the content of the message using plain text and specification fields on the contact, and whether to send by e-mail or sms. The module is intended to provide ongoing messaging to the person responsible for the campaign.

Reports – used to report the new contacts to a campaign. The report sent by e-mail on a user-defined time.
